US shipping

Shipping takes 2-3 business days, For any questions regarding shipments AFTER your order has been shipped, please contact your shipping carrier as they do have the best information on the status of your package. Opulenće is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

Worldwide/international shipping

Worldwide Shipping may take 3-30 business days to ship, due to the customs clearance process. Delivery date depends on DHL. Any import taxes will be responsible under the buyer. Opulenće is not responsible for import taxes or duties. Please double check your shipping address and update any necessary changes before placing an order. After you place your order, address changes are NOT guaranteed as your order may go straight to processing. We will try our best to accommodate all requests but to avoid this, update your shipping address in your account and double check it when checking out.

Any orders that receive a detection of fraud, will be refunded and NOT shipped.
