Refund policy
Refunds will be admitted if
- You received the wrong item
- The product has arrived damaged to where it is not able for use
We do not take returns due to sanitary purposes
Refunds must take place within the first 30 days of your purchase
All return requests must be provided with a receipt or proof of purchase
Any orders that receive a detection of fraud, will be refunded and NOT shipped
Refund process time
- Debit card (2-5 Business days)
- Credit card (5-14 Business days)
- If you have not received a refund past 30 business days, contact your credit/debit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Sale items cannot be refunded
